Shipping and Returns
Delivery

Roxanne Flick maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained. Delivery to consumers takes place at the by the buyer provided address at the moment of conclusion of the agreement, delivery due to absence at the post office or absence of the by the buyer specified neighbors/third included.
Shipping costs for products send within Luxembourg or send abroad will be borne by the buyer.
Shipping:
All orders are being shipped out within 48 hours, with track and trace and insurance at flat rate.
Within Luxembourg:
all parcels – flat rate/6,00€ per parcel
You have the possibility to save the shipping costs and come and pick up your order at our studio in Differdange. We’ll contact you via mail when the order is ready to pick-up.
To Europe:
Europe1: all parcels – flat rate/14,00€ per parcel
Germany, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland.
Europ2: all parcels – flat rate/14,00€ per parcel
Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.
Prices and customs
All prices include legally applicable VAT of 17%. They are subject to change without notice.
When ordering products for delivery outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the buyer. We have no control over these charges and cannot inform you what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country – so if you have any questions regarding this, please contact your local customs office for further information.
Return policy:
If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please send an e-mail to mail@roxanneflick.com within 7 days.
Please include your order number and order date as reference. If there is something wrong with one of the products please add a picture oft he goods
All sales of Roxanne Flick products, are final. In the case of damages caused by shipment, please make pictures of the damaged parcel and the damaged goods. Please e-mail the pictures to mail@.roxanneflick.com within 7 days.
The damaged products in the delivery will be replaced at no extra charge.
Cancelling:
It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing the size or color of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method.
